At Usagi Draws, we want you to love your wearable art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
